1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using EnglishExam.net ("the Service"), operated by Silverkrone LLC, a Delaware corporation ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

EnglishExam.net is an AI-powered English exam preparation platform. We provide practice questions, mock tests, and AI-assisted scoring for standardized English proficiency exams. Our platform is an independent study tool and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with ETS (TOEFL®), British Council, IDP, or Cambridge (IELTS™), or any other test maker.

TOEFL® is a registered trademark of ETS. IELTS™ is a trademark jointly owned by British Council, IDP: IELTS Australia, and Cambridge University Press & Assessment. All other trademarks belong to their respective owners.

3. Account Registration

You must create an account to use the Service. You agree to provide accurate information and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity under your account.

4. Subscription & Billing

  • Free Tier: Limited access to 5 questions per type and 1 demo mock test section. No AI scoring.
  • Pro Plan: $25 per month. Full access to all question types, skill tests, mock tests, and AI-powered scoring.
  • Subscriptions are billed monthly through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize recurring charges to your payment method.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings portal. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then.

5. Refund Policy

All subscription payments are non-refundable. Because the Service provides immediate access to digital content upon payment, no refunds are issued once a billing cycle has begun. See our Refund Policy for details.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Use automated tools to scrape or extract content from the Service
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer the AI scoring system
  • Redistribute, copy, or resell any content from the platform
  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose

7. Intellectual Property

All content on the Service — including questions, scoring rubrics, audio recordings, images, and software — is owned by Silverkrone LLC or its licensors and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without our written consent.

8. AI-Generated Content

Parts of the Service use artificial intelligence to generate practice content and score responses. AI-generated scores and feedback are for educational guidance only and do not guarantee any specific outcome on actual exams. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy of AI scoring.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Silverkrone LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months prior to the claim.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, and limitation of liability survive termination.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Delaware.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify registered users of material changes via email. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
