This Refund Policy applies to all subscriptions purchased on EnglishExam.net, operated by Silverkrone LLC.

1. Digital Content — No Refunds

EnglishExam.net provides immediate access to digital content upon subscription activation. Because of the instant-access nature of the Service, all payments are final and non-refundable once a billing cycle has begun.

2. Cancel Anytime

You may cancel your subscription at any time through the account settings page. Upon cancellation:

• You retain full Pro access until the end of your current billing period
• No further charges will be made
• Your account reverts to the free tier when the period ends
• Your progress data and practice history are preserved

3. Exceptions

We may consider a refund in exceptional circumstances, such as:

• Accidental duplicate purchases
• Extended service outages (more than 48 consecutive hours) during your billing period
• Unauthorized charges (after account security investigation)

Refund requests for exceptional circumstances must be submitted within 7 days of the charge.

4. Free Tier

The free tier is available to all users at no cost. We encourage you to try the free tier before subscribing to ensure the Service meets your needs.
