3. Third-Party Services

Payment information is handled securely by our payment processor — we never store your card details.

4. Audio Recordings

Speaking practice recordings are stored on our CDN servers. Pro subscribers' recordings are kept for the duration of their subscription. Free tier and cancelled subscription recordings are automatically deleted after 1 year. You can request early deletion at any time.

5. Data Retention

  • Account data: Retained while your account is active. Deleted within 30 days of account deletion request.
  • Exam responses: Retained while your account is active for progress tracking.
  • Audio recordings: See section 4 above.
  • Payment records: Retained as required by tax and financial regulations.
